DONATION POLICY

The Company may make donations and grants to foundations, associations, educational institutions and public institutions and organizations operating for social, cultural, educational, etc. purposes, with the approval of the Board of Directors, in accordance with the principles set forth by the Capital Markets Board and the Turkish Commercial Code. The form and amount of the donation and the selection of the institution, organization or NGO shall be in compliance with Borusan Group's corporate social responsibility policies. In addition to these, donations and grants may also be made to foundations, associations, etc. established to carry out activities related to the Company's field of activity.

The relevant regulations of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance are taken into consideration when making donations and grants.

Shareholders are informed in detail about the donations and grants made at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the relevant year.
