- It was founded in 1969 as a part of Borusan Boru Sanayii A.Ş.
- It was organized to supply requirements of welded steel pipe machines and coil slitting line equipments of Borusan Boru.
- It provides services for design, manufacturing and maintenance of flat steel, pipe and profile manufacturing companies in the steel market.
- It is working together with worldwide technology suppliers. It has become a local supplier for global technology suppliers and has produced international projects for these companies.
- It provides general maintenance, periodical and planned maintenance services to primarily Borçelik, and then Kerim Çelik and Steel Service Centers around Bursa.
- In order to increase the productivity of client companies, Borusan Mühendislik offers R&D and Engineering Services.
